If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue promptly.
6. Liability and Damages
While our cleaning staff takes great care when working in your home or business, Alpine Clean Co. is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to property or items
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper installation or unstable conditions
If damage occurs as a result of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We may request photos and/or documentation to evaluate the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Clean Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
7. Access and Safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their property on the day of cleaning.
If cleaners are unable to access the property due to locked doors, pets, or unsafe conditions, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
We ask that valuables and fragile items be stored securely prior to the cleaning appointment.
